                 A Great Place to Work

                 Burnham is consistently recognized as a workplace of choice. Over the past several years, we have received
                 Best Place to Work awards nationally from Business Insurance Magazine (a national award, five years in a row),
                 and regionally from the Orange County Business Journal (seven years in a row) and the North Bay Business
                 Journal.

                 Burnham provides a workplace that fosters good health and well being. From onsite health and wellness
                 seminars, to company-wide health & wellness challenges and fitness activities, to healthy catering choices,
                 Burnham consistently supports employees in being well.

                 Green
                 Our headquarters are located in one of the few LEED-certified buildings in Orange County. All Burnham
                 locations operate with a green procurement policy that encourages waste prevention, recycling, and using
                 environmentally preferred and recycled products whenever possible. We also strive to eliminate unnecessary
                 plastic and paper associated with food and beverages by using filtered water, silverware, ceramic plates and
                 mugs, and glasses.

                 Socially Conscious

                 We are proud of our standing as a B Corp. The rigorous standards of social and environmental performance,
                 accountability, and transparency required by the nonprofit B Lab to for B Corp certification are aligned with our
                 values at Burnham.

                 Charitable
                 Philanthropy is central to our culture. Through financial support, in-kind donations, event participation,
                 volunteer hours and professional guidance, Burnham employees are making a difference individually
                 and together as a group. Burnham matches employees’ charitable donations dollar for dollar up to
                 $500 per employee per year and provides employees with paid time off for community volunteer
                 work.
