Open Enrollment Action Items
• Review this Benefits Guide in its entirety, so as to ensure you make informed benefit elections for you and your
eligible dependents.
• This year we are offering you an enhanced approached to learning about your benefits. All benefit eligible employees
of Murad will have access to a benefit counselor to learn about the benefit offerings and complete your enrollment.
All employees are required to speak with a benefit counselor to either enroll or waive benefits for the 2020 plan
year.
• We will have an Active Open Enrollment this year, which requires all employees to complete their online enrollment
with a Benefits Advisor either by scheduling a face to face meeting or by using the Benefit Advisor Call Center. If you
do not complete this, your benefits will NOT roll over.
• To book your preferred date and time to speak to a counselor visit https://murad.as.me/
• When meeting with the benefit counselor be prepared to:
• Review and update your Beneficiaries for Life Insurance!
• If you plan to add dependents, have their Social Security Numbers and DOB available.
• Be ready to make benefit elections and complete your enrollment.
• Finally, plan to attend one of the Group Open Enrollment Meetings (this is separate from your individual benefit
counselor meeting)
