Online Enrollment

After you have updated each benefit block, you will see the “Review & Finalize” button at the bottom of the page that will
complete your enrollment. You will be shown an overview of your elections and employee contributions. Once you have finished
finalizing your benefits, you have completed enrolling in benefits for 2019-2020!

Resource Library
You may visit the BeneTrac Resource Library 24-
hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week to download forms
and carrier information. You’ll find documents
posted such as annual notices, carrier benefit
summaries, evidence of coverage booklets, claim
forms, etc. See the sample Resource Library
below as an example.

Where can I go if I have additional
questions?
On the left hand side of the screen, under the
Resources menu, click on the “Get Help” link to
access an enrollment guide, glossary of terms and
FAQs about the online enrollment process.

Remember, Nancy and Jason are here to help
answer your questions when you cannot find
answers on BeneTrac. Our team’s commitment to
service has not changed. Now, you just have more
ways to get the information you need into your
hands faster!

Important Note
About Your Online Enrollment:

It is very important that each employee login to BeneTrac and verify their
personal information, elect or decline medical, dental and vision, and
identify a beneficiary for your life insurance. In addition, if you are electing
Flexible Spending Account benefits, you must enroll, even if you were
previously enrolled in this benefit. Flexible Spending Account benefits will
not roll-over from year-to-year.
