Training360
Training360 is your Learning Management System (LMS) where you can add
employees to the online training courses. Each course was developed in consultation
with attorneys to be a high-quality, easy-to-understand learning experience for your
employees.
Training360 will include courses compliant with the new CA Sexual Harassment
Training requirement for all California employees. All California employees (including
managers) must complete the new 60-minute or 120-minute training as applicable by
January 1, 2020.
The new CA Sexual Harassment Training (SB1343) is named
“Harassment-Free Workplace Training for California Employee” (60 mins)
If you want to use Training 360 for the Managers Sexual Harassment Training, it is
named
“Harassment-Free Workplace Training for California Manager” (120 mins)
Note: Be sure to enter the training name exactly as shown above.
Instructions on how to add your employees to Training360
• Go to www.HR360.com/login
• Enter username and password
• You will receive a pop up for any state you want to receive email notifications for
(recommended to select the sates your company has employees in)
• Select LMS (top right next to home and help) to add employees to the training
• Select add employees
• You can add employees one by one or by the template. The template is the preferred
method for adding all your employees
• Use a generic password for all employee (example pass1234) and on the far right select
add to LMS
• Upload, select course, and hit next
• You can generate the email from the system or send a mass email with the information
below. A mass email from your own system is preferred, but be sure to include the
following information in your email to all employees you have added
o Login: https://www.proprofs.com/classroom/?ID=1882287&embed=1&w=650&isL
ogin=1
o username: work email address
o password: pass1234 (or what you mass upload)
• The employee receives email and completes training
• Once the employee completes the training, they will receive a certificate. It is
recommended to have employees email HR the certificate once completed
• As an employer, you have access to the progress of your employees. Select manage
employees and then details to see the progress of completion
• The new CA Sexual Harassment Training (SB1343) is named “Harassment-Free
Workplace Training for California Employee” on Training360.
