          VACATION
We encourage you to take time off to relax and enjoy your personal life. Regular full-time employees are eligible to accrue

          BEREAVEMENT LEAVE
The purpose of bereavement leave is to provide you with time to attend the funeral of a family member and to handle

take up to a maximum of three days of paid leave.

          SICK LEAVE
We hope that you will make every effort to maintain your physical health. However, we realize that illnesses happen that
may cause you to be absent from work. To avoid further damage to your health and exposure to others, we would hope
that you would remain home when you are very ill. Full-time employees (those working 30 hours or more per week on a
continuous basis) will be given 40 hours of sick leave each year on January 1st. Please note that this amount does not
          accrue from year to year.
