Online Enrollment
ADP

With the ADP Online Enrollment System, you and your family can access your benefits
information whenever you want, from home or any place where you have internet access.
Use ADP to view plan details, coverage amounts and costs.
To Enroll or Make Changes to Your Benefits
Log in to ADP
Username & Password: Use your current username and password. If you are logging in
for the first time, or if you need help getting started, contact the Human Resources
Department: humanresources@swmc.com.
Once you are logged into the website, follow the prompts on each page to complete your
benefit enrollment. You will be asked to verify that your personal information is correct and
enter in any of your dependent information.
After reviewing all plans and making your selections, click Review & Complete to finalize
your choices.
Detailed instructions for benefits enrollment are available in the WorkforceNow Resources
Tab. Click Tools/References and then Benefits Information.
Be sure to save ADP as a favorite in your web browser!
With ADP, you’ll find documents posted such as the Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC), annual
notices, carrier benefit summaries, evidence of coverage booklets, claim forms, and much more. These
documents include detailed information about the Sun West benefit plans and can help you plan for
upcoming services. From work or home, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you and your eligible dependents
may access ADP.
If you have not already registered, you will need to register on our enrollment platform, ADP
WorkforceNow. Detailed instructions for enrollment are also available in the WorkforceNow
Resources Tab.
