TOPIC: Applying Technology to Revolutionize Employer-Driven Healthcare

Health insurance has a technology problem, and CFOs and CHROs are increasingly asking for an alternative to the status quo. During
this session, Adam Kovalevsky, a 20 year enterprise software veteran and the SVP of Product Development at Collective Health, will
discuss how new technology is enabling employers to take control of their healthcare investment — revolutionizing the experience
from the ground up. In this session you’ll hear how companies are leveraging technology to improve benefits comprehension,
influence member decision-making, drive smart program engagement, and evaluate program impact.

TOPIC: Transforming Care Delivery with Machine Learning
During the past decade the confluence of massive, digital datasets and sophisticated machine learning algorithms has sparked an
artificial intelligence revolution across many industries. Thanks to the integrated nature of our system and our early adoption of
the electronic medical record, Kaiser Permanente has built an unmatched comprehensive and longitudinal health care dataset. You
will learn about the many ways Kaiser is putting this data to work from building models that anticipate patients’ health needs and
recommend the best course of action to clinicians, to training computers to diagnose conditions in patient submitted photos.
