Online Benefits Enrollment



          With the Paylocity Online Enrollment System, you and your family can access your benefits information whenever you want,
          from home or any place where you have internet access. Use Paylocity to view plan details, coverage amounts and costs.



                          To Enroll or Make Changes to Your Benefits:

                          •   Go to https://access.paylocity.com or click on the Enterprise Web Benefits icon located in the
                              Paylocity portal.
                          •   From a mobile device, tap on the Apple or Google Play icon to navigate to the respective app
                              store to download the Paylocity Mobile App.



          If you are a first time user, click on the “Register User” button and follow the prompts to complete your registration.
          Please note, our assigned Company ID is 3702. Once you are registered, follow the directives on each page to complete
          your benefit enrollment. You will be asked to verify that your personal information is correct and enter in any of your
          dependent information.
