Crane Country Day School invites every employee actively enrolled in an Anthem medical plan to participate in
the PayForward program.

This is an exciting opportunity to earn cash back rewards on everyday purchases.
PayForward enables members to earn additional dollars on purchases from par-
ticipating vendors. The program is available to Crane Employees at no cost. Pay-
Forward Member Benefits include:

 A network of thousands of merchants and growing. As of October 2017, over
60,000 merchants were participating in the program.

 3%-15% cash back on every purchase from participating merchants

 Double and triple current credit card rewards

 Cash back is in addition to existing credit card reward programs
