most companies, we are faced with increasing costs to provide benefits to our employees. As a result, Kate Somerville is pleased to
announce a new partnership with Aetna as our new medical carrier for 2020. While other organizations are forced to push more of
the cost to their employees, Kate Somerville is pleased to announce that we will continue to offer the same great benefits at a
reduced cost to help support our employees and their growing families!

IMPORTANT 2020 HIGHLIGHTS:

• NEW! Aetna will replace Blue Shield as our Medical Carrier effective January 1, 2020
• NEW! Student Loan Repayment resource through SoFi
• Lower medical premiums for Employees and their Families
