Voluntary Benefit Advisors (VBA) | MetLife Assistance

Employees will call Voluntary Benefit Advisors Service Center using the phone number referenced below to speak with a benefits
educator. The benefit educator will be able to answer questions you have about all of the benefits offered to you and answer
questions about the MetLife voluntary coverages. VBA will provide claims assistance for your MetLife Accident, Critical Illness and
Hospital plans.

Voluntary Benefit Advisors Service Center is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm PST at
866-797-3236.
