Health Reimbursement Account-HRA

For employees waiving the medical plan, you are eligible for the HRA dental

and vision reimbursement, as well as $0 cost of coverage for the dental and

vision.

• Vision HRA: Up to $150

• Dental HRA: Up to $1,000

What is an HRA? You will be able to receive reimbursement for the cost of

qualified expenses without taxation. The HRA program will be funded

completely by MPCU, so there is no cost to you.

A card will be issued to eligible employees. If you are also enrolled in the FSA,

please note that the FSA/HRA card will be combined
