ONE AMERICA | 401(K) RETIREMENT SAVINGS
With our 401(k) retirement savings plan through One America, Murad has established a tax-favored program that will help you save
for retirement. Here are some of the highlights of our 401(k) plan:

• CONTRIBUTION LIMIT: The maximum contribution for employees under the age of 50 is $19,500 per year. The maximum
catch up contribution for employees over the age of 50 is $6,500. Your contribution must equal a minimum of $6,000 to re-
ceive the maximum employer match.
• COMPANY MATCH: 50% of contributions up to $3,000 per calendar year.

• WAITING PERIOD: 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
