• Under Quick Links, select “Find a doctor”
• Primary Care Physician
• On the location page
• Enter your City, State, or Zip Code
• Select your plan type
• HMO: Aetna Value Network HMO
• PPO: Open Choice PPO Network

Register as a member and download the mobile app. Aetna’s mobile app
has been updated to make healthcare simple for you. As a member you

• View your ID card
• Houses all your claims activity and explanation of benefits (EOB)
