your annual visit or any other non‐urgent visits, we April 1, 2020 no fy your current doctor or specialist
advise you to wait un l you have your doctor with and release authoriza on of your current medical
Anthem. You will want to establish a rela onship records. This will help alleviate the red tape that
with your new doctor for any ongoing services a er can come with forwarding your medical records.

Health Advocate

Star ng March 1st, 2020 you will have access to a program that provides you with
experienced help to assist you in naviga ng your benefits. When you call or email Health
Advocate, you are assigned a Personal Health Advocate who takes responsibility for
guiding you.
 They can help you find a new Anthem doctor
 They can work with you and your new Anthem doctor to get authoriza on and send
you to a nearby pharmacy to fill your prescrip on, and much more
