        Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

        FSA’s provide you with an important tax advantage that can help you pay
        health care and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis. By
        anticipating your family’s health care and dependent care costs for the
        next year, you can actually lower your taxable income.

        Plan Year: July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020

        Run-out period (to file claims): 90 days following the end of the plan
        year, or September 28, 2020
          •  Healthcare FSA (HCFSA), up to $2,700

          •  Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA), up to $5,000
            ($5,000 maximum per household)

        $500 ROLLOVER: Employees may roll over up to $500 (cannot be
        more than $500) of unused amounts in the Health Flexible Spending
        Account. Amounts in excess of $500 will be forfeited.

        GreenPath Financial Wellness provides you with access to free one-
        on-one financial counseling, debt management services and financial
        education tools. The following services are offered to you as a Point
