Designed by Debora Marks and Rob Jubera,
installed by Rob Jubera, Felix Ortiz, Debora Marks,
and Jen Regan with collaborative support from
the entire Ambius Raleigh Branch! The 100-acre
space is the largest research park in the country.

It was an impressive project and gaining the
customer’s trust in us was a huge motivator in
ensuring that not only did we meet their design
requirements but that we were also able to provide
a natural and creative space for many to enjoy in
years to come

The concept is to bring the best together - Work and Wellness, Tech and Nature, Atrium/Garden plantings,
Focus and Inspiration and to create the ideal environment for the discovery of Interior
the next game-changing idea. 2022

The Atrium at Park Point is a lively hub that brings the outdoors in with nano Ambius
doors opening into the square featuring Planter Beds with (17) 12’ Ficus Amstel for project
Trees and a mix of approximately 200 tropical plants of various species creata Park Point at RTP
variety of textures and colors that bring the concept to life. $50,001 - $100,000
