    • Adjust your chair
    • Rest your feet on the floor                     • Adjust screen brightness-
    • Place your screen at eye level                  • Adjust light in the room-
    • Have the keyboard straight in front of you      • Do not look at the screen Continuously-
    • Avoid screen reflection
    • Make objects easy to  reach                     • Follow eye exercises
    • Avoid phone strain                              • Take proper rest
    • Take regular breaks
                                                      • Avoid playing video games


    Protect yourself and others from COVID-19

  COVID-19 is spreading in our community, stay safe by taking some simple precautions, such as
  physical distancing, wearing a mask, keeping rooms well ventilated, avoiding crowds, cleaning your
  hands, and coughing into a bent elbow or tissue.  Do it all!
