Carrie Rodriguez is a highly capable and extremely talented member of my team. She has been able to

assist Sharon Nichols, the ReviewMate administrator, with reports for JHACH and other projects, especially

while Sharon was caring for her husband after his accident. She has been invaluable in client meetings,

onsite visits with providers and their staff, and is very knowledgeable regarding system templates and

proper usage of them. She is comfortable and diplomatic in situations with providers that may make other

auditors anxious and is always enthusiastic and positive in her demeanor. Carrie has taken steps to educate

herself to be better able to assist Sharon in ReviewMate by learning all she can about the system and how

the reports work. In light of her skills that exceed that necessary for the external audit team, I feel she

deserves this award.
