Recognition




               The Field Recognition Plan is designed to recognize and reward employees whose work and behaviors support

                    the mission, goals, and values of himagine solutions.

                     ● Performing well on current assignment; positive performance may be demonstrated by:

                         o Working at least 480 billable hours during a given quarter

                         o Ongoing professional development measured as Elsevier modules completed and/or himagine webinars

                             attended, registry may include non-himagine webinars

                         o Positive feedback from direct Manager/Supervisor

                         o Positive feedback from Client

                         o Absence of issues related to performance or behavior


               Award: $50.00 Visa Gift Card, Certificate of Achievement, Letter from CEO, and Company wide recognition.


               Year-End Incentive Trip: Four (4) Field Employee trip winners


                           Employee of the Year will be selected by the leadership from the Employee of the Quarter recipients.
