           Michelle is an excellent PRN employee who excels at all the projects she assists on.  She has gotten 100% on

           all her QAs to date across all projects she has been on.  She has never been below productivity and

           frequently is over productivity expectations.  On training calls, she asks questions and on occasion has

           assisted with training when it is a system she is familiar with and I am not.  If she wanted to be a FT

           employee “I would hire her yesterday”.
