About the Authors
Rosemarie Withee is President of Portal Integrators LLC (www.portalinte grators.com), Scrum-based software and services firm, and Founder of Scrum Now (www.scrumnow.org), the first Philippine-based Scrum organization with locations in Seattle, Washington and Laguna, Philippines. She is the lead author of Office 365 For Dummies, 2nd Edition (Wiley, 2016), SharePoint 2016 For Dummies (Wiley, 2016), SharePoint 2019 For Dummies (Wiley, 2019), and Office 365 Apps For Dummies (Wiley, 2019).
Rosemarie earned a Master of Science degree in Economics at San Francisco State University. In addition, Rosemarie also studied Marketing at UC Berkeley Exten- sion and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from De La Salle University, Philippines.
Ken Withee works for Microsoft in the Office organization. He lives with his wife, Rosemarie, in Seattle, Washington. He is the author and coauthor of a number of books on Microsoft technologies and likes to spend his free time studying programming and electronics, and is studying to get his amateur radio license.
Ken is currently earning his Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Washington. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at San Francisco State University back before Google was a thing. He has more than 15 years of professional computer and management experience working with a vast range of technologies.
Jennifer Reed is a technology solutions professional who founded Cloud611 (www.cloud611.com), a Seattle area-based consulting and strategy implementa- tion firm focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses, nonprofit organizations, and local governments achieve their goals using Office 365. The firm’s core service offerings focus on increasing productivity, enhancing collabo- ration, simplifying communication, and enabling data-driven decisions using Microsoft cloud technologies.
Jenn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and has for many years provided consulting services to a wide range of clients including a Fortune 500 company. She is a frequent speaker at business forums about Office 365 productivity and provides training facilitating user adoption of Office 365. She is a Microsoft Certi- fied Professional (MCP) in Office 365 Administration, a certified project manage- ment professional (PMP), and a certified Scrum Master.
Jenn lives with her husband, Rick, a former All-Coast defensive back at Washington State University, writer, and retired Hawaii state senator. Jenn and Rick live where he grew up — in the lush farming valley of Snohomish through which run not just one but two rivers 45 miles northeast of Seattle. When not working on a cloud technology–related book, Jenn spends her spare time tending her organic garden, skiing, running, and hanging out with the Reed’s son, Siddha, who has inherited his mom’s interest in cloud technologies and his dad’s writing skills.
