z Tips
        Starting recording quickly     • When the    (Movie) lamp is lit, the size of
        (QUICK ON)                      still images becomes [  3.0M] (16:9 wide) or
                                        [2.2M] (4:3).
                                       • You can record still images during recording
                                        standby in the same way as when the    (Still)
                                        lamp is lit. You can also record with the flash.

                                        Recording in dark places
                                        (NightShot)
       If you press the QUICK ON button, instead   Infrared port
       of turning off the power, the camcorder
       becomes power saving status (Sleep mode).
       While the Sleep mode is set, the QUICK
       ON button is flashed. To resume the next
       recording, press the QUICK ON button
