Presentation of Graduates
Saturday November 3, 2018 10:00 a.m.
GRADUATES being presented will assemble in their Faculty groups at 8:00 a.m. in the Assembly Hall and will be ushered in by Marshals at 9:15 a.m. They should all be seated by 9:45 a.m.
At 9:45 a.m. the ACADEMIC PROCESSION leaves the area designated “The Academic Procession” to arrive on the Academic Platform at 9:50 a.m.
THE UNIVERSITY SINGERS perform from 9:50 a.m. – 9:55 a.m.
At 9:55 a.m. the announcement: “Ladies and gentlemen please stand for the National
Anthem” and remain standing for the Chancellor’s Procession”.
The National Anthem is then sung by the University Singers.
THE CHANCELLOR’S PROCESSION enters and arrives on the Main Dais at 9:59 a.m.
