Yes. Alex was very proactive in setting expectations. Any project you give Alex he is upfront and will ask the timing for the project. If there is a conflict Alex will address those issues upfront and will either state he will get it done and delegate the project or parts of the project appropriately or shift the priority of the project as appropriate. Alex is very good at communicating and setting expectations so that prioritization is rarely an issue for him.
How would you describe the candidate’s relationships with her coworkers, subordinates (if applicable), and with superiors?
Alex is a very positive, personable, and outgoing person. He has had great relationships with his peers, superiors, and subordinates. I am not aware of nor have I seen any negative interactions while at work with anyone.

Alex is one of the most honorable and positive people I have had the pleasure of working with over my 10 year career. His work ethic, approach to work, positivity, willingness to learn, and leadership ability makes him an asset to any corporation.
