     8.6.8 Section F: Mental and Physical Health Problems and Treatment/Recovery
Section F posed questions pertaining to the client’s physical and mental health problems and resources they used to pursue treatment and/or recovery over the past 30 days. Results for this section are found in Table 13. Of the seven women who were administered the GPRA instrument, only one (14.3%) rated their health as “Very Good”. Three (42.9%) considered their health good while three others (42.9%) considered their health “Fair” and one (14.3%) considered their health poor.
