 Clients sought inpatient treatment within the past 30 days for the following: physical complaint (one client, number of days not specified), mental or emotional difficulties (one client, number of days not specified), and inpatient treatment for alcohol or substance abuse (four clients, three recorded 30 days, one missing). Clients also sought outpatient treatment for: physical complaints (one patient (14.3%) , number of times not specified), mental or emotional difficulties (four patients (57.1%) one, two, four, and not specified quantity respectively), alcohol or substance (five patients (57.1% - three, ten, nineteen, and not specified number of trips, respectively). One client went to the emergency room for a physical complaint. We were not certain if patients attended the emergency room for mental and emotional difficulties or for alcohol or substance abuse over the past 30 days as, even though six answered “No”, two clients had missing data on these questions.
