År 1946 låg Malmös stadsbibliotek placerat på denna våning. Vid denna tidpunkt fanns det endast hotellrum på nuvarande 4e våningen, totalt 22 mindre hotellrum.
Byggnaden var på denna tid mest känd för restaurangen i källaren och även för diskotek som då fanns i byggnaden, ett diskotek som hölls igång fram tills år 2006.
The story behind the rooms on the 3rd floor.
In 1946 Malmös central library was located on this floor. Back then there were only hotel rooms on the 4th floor, in all 22 small travel rooms. The whole building was more know for the restaurant in the cellar as well as for the disco that also existed in the building, a disco that was still in use until the year 2006.
