Historien bakom rum 412
Enligt de gamla originalritningarna över hotellet skall inte detta rum existera. De nya ägarna som tog över hotellet 2001 granskade ritningarna mer noggrant och kunde då se att det fanns ett gömt rum mellan rum 415 och 411. När väggen revs ner upptäckte man ett förrådsutrymme. Man hittade flera föremål såsom gamla hotellnotor, menyer, tidningsarticklar och andra minnesvärda ting från 30- och 40- talet. Man totalrenoverade utrymmet till just det hotellrum Du står i just nu.
The story behind room 412
The original drawings of the hotel, does not indicate that here should be a room here. But after the new owners in 2001 closely examined the schematics, we could in fact see that there was a hidden room behind the wall in 415 and 411. So we tore it down and discovered a hidden storage facility. In this storage room we found among other things, old hotel bills, menus, newspaper articles and other memorabilia from the 1930s and 1940s. The whole room was then renovated and turned into the room that you are standing in now. But the story does not end here.
