CALL TO ORDER:
The Board of Directors Quality meeting was called to order by Brian Fillipo at 5:00 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes from the December 11, 2018 were approved.
The Consent Agenda was approved.

New Business:

Nursing Quality Council Update
Jill Stenson presented the Nursing Quality Council Report which included benchmarked data with like
teaching hospitals. Jill reviewed Falls, Falls with Injury, Hospital Acquired Pressure Ulcers, and
Catheter Associated UTI’s data and interventions.

Quality Dashboard Review
Reyna Florentino reviewed the RPH Quality Dashboard and Core Measures data.

There being no further business, the Board Quality meeting was adjourned at 5:46 p.m.
