DISCREET SURVEILLANCE – subject person to be
watch is unaware that he is under observation
DISCRETION – individual judgment: wise use of
one’s judgement.
DISCRIMINATION – the unfavorable treatment
based on a person’s color, age, sexuality, gender

DISGUISED WRITING – a writer may deliberately

argument or controversy over the document, and
