                                 simply  requires  that  the  procedures  fully  protect
                                 the life, liberty, and property of the citizens in the
                                 State.

                              DUEL  – it is  a formal  or  regular  combat  previously
                                 concerted between two parties in the presence of
                                 two or more seconds of lawful age on each side,
                                 who make the selection of arms and fix all the other
                                 conditions of the fight.

                              DUPLICITY – the technical fault of using more than
                                 one of cause of action in a declaration or more than

                                 criminally  responsible if  his unlawful  act  was  the
                                 product of mental disease or mental defect.

                              DUST  –  a  finely  powdered  substance  which,  when
                                 mixed with air in the proper proportion and ignited
                                 will cause an explosion.

                              DUTY  MANUAL  –  a  manual  that  describes  the
                                 procedures  and  defines  the  duties  of  officers
                                 assigned to specified post or position.
