INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM – is the use or
threatened use of violence against persons or
property by a group (or an individual) whose
operations transcend national boundaries and are
done to further political or social objectives.
INTERPRETATION OF INFORMATION – it is
establishing the meaning and significance of the
information after its evaluation processes.
INTERROGATION – the process by which suspects
are vigorously questioned by police; the systematic
asking of questions to elicit information in the
minimum of time.
INTERROGATOR - person who does the questioning.
INTERROGEE – any person who is subjected to the
interrogation process in any of its forms and
phases.
INTERSECTION – the area embraced by the
prolongation of lateral curb lines or, if none, of the
rights-of-way of two or more highways that join
one another at an angle, whether or not one
highway crosses the other.
INTERVENTION – refers to a series of activities
designed to address issues that cause the child to
commit an offense. It may take the form of an
individualized treatment program, which may
include counseling, skills training, education, and
other activities that will enhance his/her
psychological, emotional and psycho-social well-
being.
