CONVECTION – heat transfer by circulation within a
medium, such as gas or liquid.
CONVERGING RIDGES – are two or more lines
forming an angle, a ridge whose closed end is
angular and serves as a point of convergence.
CONVICT CRIMINOLOGY – a contemporary
perspective in criminology that deals with the study
of convicts and ex-convicts in order to provide
answers to many issues in criminal justice where
criminal correction is a pillar in the system.
CONVOY – an accomplice or associate of the subject
used to avoid or elude surveillant.
COOKIE – is a small file that some web pages plant
within the browser of a visiting computer; can pass
its limited data (e.g., user name) back to the web
