and even ourselves make it harder to find the right answer, but don’t give up,
take a deep breath and don’t let that stop you.
Following the example, it comes the day of the presentation, so I suggest you
doing things that makes you feel happy and encouraged, it can be a song or a
book, or just dancing like crazy, I assure you that no one is going to judge you
about it. If you want to read it or
practice it that day, do it with no
problem. When the time comes to face
it, do it giving all your best, even if you
tremble or do something wrong, keep
going. The only one that knows the
dialogue is you and keep it until the
end when the stress it would be gone,
and you can be at peace. Use that
experience in order to become more
aware of what you do during that time;
“Am I trembling? Am I thinking clearly?
Am I letting my feelings do me wrong
instead of helping me?”

To look ourselves from another perspective is not easy as it sounds, but it’s
necessary to find the things we want to make better about ourselves.
As you can see, you can use this method in
most of those moments when you feel stress
and that you are not going anywhere because
of it. Obviously, it would depend on the way
you manage that stress and, as everything,
the practice makes the master. So, don’t be
sad if the first time you tried it doesn’t
function, this is just one way and maybe you
just find your own way. Don’t give up, you
already took the very first step so why would
you stop?
