In August we acquired a patient battling opioid addiction. She was Crown Point

too nervous and embarrassed to come into the pharmacy herself, so
she sent her daughter with her first Suboxone prescription. Her teary
eyed daughter left the pharmacy thanking us for not judging her mom

and making her feel comfortable enough to ask questions. Soon her
mom started to come in to pick up her own prescriptions. We have

encouraged her over the past 3 months to stay on the opioid-free path,
also we assisted her to obtain a coupon card to save money and
then two weeks ago we recommended to the switch to generic tablets

because she was having trouble with the films dissolving on her fingers.
She calls us her "pharmacists extraordinaire". She just came in with

TWENTY-ONE transfers for the rest of her family!!
