I wanted to share my experience with one of your pharmacists at the Jewel-Osco
in Countryside. I recently lost my son Nathan while he was away at school during Countryside
his junior year. When I arrived at the Osco for anxiety medication there was a
problem getting the prescription filled. Your employee Preslava B. comforted me
and helped me during one of the worst days of sadness and grief in my life.
Having been a nurse myself for 30 years it was very helpful to see someone such
as herself try to make that connection with a client who was in so much pain.
