Snacks A Go-Go!!
When busy days are filled with work, errands and after school activities, nutrition seems to be the last thing on our minds. Grabbing a quick
snack can often lead to mindless eating. However, smart snacking does not have to be hard. Try these snack ideas below to keep the energy
going before you have time for your next meal.
Popcorn
Nothing says grab and go like popcorn. This crunchy whole grain snack is a great alternative to salty high fat chips. Check out SkinnyPop®
