I wanted to commend you on three of your employees McHenry
at the 4222 W. Elm Street store in McHenry. Natasha
and Loretta from Bakery and Danielle in Floral.
My daughter was getting married and since she lives out of
state, and her finance wanted to surprise her, there were many decisions
that had to be made last minute. The three associates went over and
above in meeting the needs of their customer, meaning me. I ended
up changing colors on the floral arrangements and cake THREE TIMES
over a week and Danielle’s patience and talent for arrangements were
extraordinary.
They performed EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and they are great
assets to your company.
