Dear Mr. Doug Cygan and Mr. Scott Cygan:
I wanted to let you know that the personal services provided by Dani M. and Assistant Grocery Manager Felix A.,
have made me a lifetime Jewel-Osco customer. To have a company allow its personnel to take the time to help
someone in need is significant. They went far above and beyond the call of duty and it is very much appreciated.
Felix allowed Dani to come outside with me when I had a flat tire and a trunk load full of groceries just purchased
from the store. Dani heard me tell Felix about my car situation and she asked him if she could go outside with
me. As we walked out of the store Dani told me she knew how to change tires and that her brother was a mechanic
in the military and he taught her how to change tires. I am very appreciative of Dani’s brother too.
In calling the store this evening to get the names of who I should send this note to, I talked with the Closing Store
Manager Michael Z. and he was also as nice as could be. So I am thanking you and the Jewel-Osco in Highland Park
for having such helpful and courteous employees. I want to particularly thank Dani for her great attitude and taking
the initiative to help when she did not have to. She did a great job in changing my tire in a very short period of time
and her efforts meant a lot to me. Many thanks!
