Precious is seen as a hard worker and student. She is willing to take on
more responsibilities than are assigned to her. She does not require
leadership in order to accomplish tasks; she willingly volunteers to

complete group work. Precious exhibits exemplary customer service,
helping each customer that walks in with a great attitude. Precious is
serious about her work and rarely calls off. She maintains a positive
attitude each day while at work. Precious has grown much with Jewel-
Osco and hopes to continue doing so as Store Director after graduation.

Joshua is a team-player who is always ready to contribute ideas to
better the business. He is willing to accommodate his schedule based
on the needs of the business. He is a responsible and efficient young
man. He is willing to train new staff members and admired for his
dedication to helping others. He cares about his team and demonstrates
this by solving conflicts between members of his group. He has a good
work-life balance and is constantly trying to improve the life of those
around him. Joshua hopes to continue his career in the Jewel-Osco 22

pharmacy after graduation.
