Jewel-Osco #2506 Chicago and
#3107 Oak Lawn participated in
the annual Cook County Farm
Bureau Food Checkout Day!
It was police versus fire and in
both instances the fire department
won!
#JoJo was on-hand for both
contests and actively participated
in collecting the items, which
were donated to The Ronald
McDonald House in Chicago.

Jewel-Osco is the grocery sponsor for the 10 annual
th
Daily Herald “Fittest Loser” challenge. The event invites
local companies, as well as five individuals, to compete
against one another for pounds lost.
The 12-week friendly competition involves personal
training, group exercises and information from
Jewel-Osco Dietitians.
The winning team will be announced in May and will
receive a donation to the charity of its choice.
