Myth: “Everything in Moderation” is something many people say about diet and healthy lifestyle habits.
Truth: Almost everyone that’s NOT in a good state of health, overweight, or not succeeding in life generally will repeat this cry of mediocrity.
Did Thomas Edison work in “moderation” to discover the light bulb? Do Gold Medal athletic winners and champion sport stars train in “moderation?” Do business millionaires become successful by “moderate” effort?
Will a “moderate” amount of HEROIN or ARSENIC or Cleaning Liquid be a good thing to drink or eat? I heard someone say once that ‘moderation’ is the language of sick, unhealthy people and losers in life, sport and business.
What do you think? If you really think about it, do you want to be a “moderately” good parent? Or just “moderately” healthy? Or just get a “moderate” cancer? Of course not.
In life generally and if you want REAL health, energy and well being you must not do ALL things in “moderation” . . . NO . . .
You must ABSTAIN from the foods and drink and habits that are BAD for you and do you harm. And partake in “moderation” of the foods and drinks and habits that are good for you and keeping you healthy.
That’s how you get optimum health and help your body heal and keep well.
