Page 15 - How to stay healthy in an unhealthy world

I don’t want to burden you with all the ‘scientific research’ and pro natural health arguments for what I am telling you here in this book. You can get plenty of these in other books and online research. What your health (or lack of) is ultimately going to come down to, is simply this.
#1. YOU either believe that YOU are ultimately responsible for your and your family’s state of health. And that ultimately you are what you eat, drink, think and believe.
OR
#2. You believe it’s all genetic. You DON’T believe you have anything to do with your state of health. Your diseases, headaches, pains, cancers, heart problems and the rest are caused by some mysterious bug or virus. A bug that can attack your body at random, and you can do NOTHING to prevent this. And you always need some kind of a new “miracle” pill or drug or medical treatment to keep you well.
This is a convenient way of thinking to avoid any RESPONSIBILTY for your own state of health. For being overweight and to always blame something outside of yourself. Because it takes NO personal effort to blame something or someone else for your health issues.
If you are starting to think, that I may have something here, I suggest that you go and do your own research from the other books, videos and websites and the resources section I have included in this book. They get a lot more deeper into the benefits of diet, fasting, lifestyle and how your body can better deal with all the different and supposedly ‘incurable’ diseases.
Remember This:
Good Health CANNOT be BOUGHT from a doctor, medical drug, vaccine injection or some super “new” and expensive medical breakthrough. It must be EARNED through healthy lifestyle, clean air, water, fresh food and positive thoughts.
When I first discovered the effects of diet on my own health,
I thought that what we EAT and drink was the primary cause of disease.
However, I found out later that according to a study by Stamford university, as
much as 85% of all disease is due to emotional stress of some sort.
