Another Personal Injury Case Study: Swollen Knee
About a year ago my knee swelled up and was like a half tennis ball was sitting on top of my knee cap. It was an old skiing injury that got aggravated. The X-ray and MMR scan showed some torn cartilage and other stuff. I had problems with this knee 20 years ago. I already damaged that knee TWICE before.
Once skiing and the other time by jumping over a park bench and tripping and twisting the knee. It used to lock up to the point that, if I squatted, it would lock up, and I had to physically push this little bone that was sticking out back so I could straighten my knee. About that time I went on an ALL RAW food diet. Lots of juices and really nothing cooked or processed. And the knee just fixed itself. No surgery, no pain killers, NO nothing.

This huge machine pulsating with crazy sounds and really all I kept thinking was, “This machine alone would give me cancers and tumours” and I was happy it was just my knee that was getting scanned and to get out of there. I will NEVER do that again.
Anyway I was told that a $12,000 surgery would be needed and referred to a specialist. He was booked out for 3 months and it would cost me $500 out of pocket to see him.
Since I already bought some Essiac herbs for my mum’s cancer, (they cost me like $200 for a month’s supply), I decided to take them myself and went on a 7 day juice fast. And guess what, my knee swelling was gone in 4 - 5 days and it’s been fine since.
NO surgery, NO pain killers, No drugs. Just allowing the body to heal and giving it a few good natural ingredients to help and NOT overloading it with the causes of most illnesses. Bad food, toxic environment, drugs and toxic thoughts.
This was the type of space-ship like MMR machine they used to scan my knee. Scary as hell. And all it told me what I already knew.
