body and does not put on weight contrary to
a study funded by Coca-Cola. Which actually
stated that diet drinks are better for weight
loss than water?! REALLY??
Consumption of drinks that have a water
dehydration effect and expel water from
your body. These include coffee, sodas,
caffeinated and ‘energy’ drinks and alcohol
are all included.
Eating stimulating foods and substances
such as meat, hot spices, salamis, processed
meats, sugar and tobacco.
REALLY? This is EXACTLY why you can’t trust research funded by food. chemical and drug companies.
Emotional stress and most pharmaceutical drugs.
Too much exercise. (Most people won’t have to worry about this oneJ)
I have read that most of the early detection tests for CANCER can actually cause
more cancer then prevent it. And given my experiences with the medical
business and seeing my parents die, makes me believe this is probably true.
Since it has now been shown that most people will die from the EFFECTS of the
cancer treatments and such like, early detection actually makes things worse for
most people. Unless of course you use some of the natural methods explained in
this book to give your body the chance to heal itself.
Remember: If you keep looking to find something wrong . . . you WILL. And the
medical business will make MORE money from you as they try to ‘save’ you.
