When I changed my diet to 100% raw food 30 years ago,
I saw immediate benefits. I lost 18 kilos in just over 3
months. I had more energy. I had more mental clarity.
And all my health issues (headaches, sinus problems,
bronchitis, stomach pains) were resolved.
Now I am 60 years old and I don’t need glasses to read
or see. I take NO medical pills or drugs. And I rarely if
ever get sick. Even though I am not a strict vegetarian,

I mostly eat salads, juices, fruits and vegetables. As
well as seafood and little dairy. If I was sick I would
immediately go on a much stricter way of eating,
juicing and fasting. I would NOT run to a doctor for
treatment. But I may get a non-invasive diagnosis
(such as a blood test) to see what is actually wrong.
The Problem With Western Diet.
Most people on western diets eat 52% of their
calories from processed foods and 30% from animal
foods. This is NOT good, because both of these are
NOT supportive for your long-term health and can
cause many health problems later on in life.

You should be taking 70-80% of your food in fresh
unprocessed form. Like uncooked salads and fruits.
The other 20-30% you can indulge a bit.
But remember, cooking DESTROYS all the goodness in food. Don’t believe me?
