Dairy products are also very bad in my
opinion and personal experience. Raw
milk is better, but not as good as a fresh
juice. Think of this . . . We are not meant
to lie down under a cow and suck it’s tits
as human adults.
Cow tits and their milk are meant for
BABY COWS, not humans. Just because
someone sucked it up for you from the cows tit and now gives it to you in a cup
or a carton, doesn't’ make it right or good for you.
Cow’s milk is meant to take a calf from a tiny creature to a 2000 lb beast. Why
would you want to grow like a cow? Did you know that countries that have the
HIGHEST consumption of dairy, supposedly for calcium, have the highest
calcium deficiency and brittle bones. Since dairy actually leaches calcium from
your body. Yes, this is a fact . . . read up on this.
