Film Screenings
From a library of 13000 titles you can select films to be shown one or more times over the four days. As this would be a free viewing there would be a fixed licence fee as long as we can provide proof of maximum numbers. We would recommend a stereo PA of Approximately 4000w watts for an audience of up to 500.
Fixed licence for an audience for up to 500 £250.
Fixed licence for an audience for up to 750 £332
Purchase of Material £30 / title
Licence application are subject to administration fee of 10%.
Social Media Walls
Watching a specific event hash tag we can produce a social media wall showing Twitter, Facebook and Instagram posts. These would be moderated and controlled by our technician and would require a secure internet connection to allow us to download and display images and text. This option would not have an additional cost with the exception of pre-production to produce the wall backgrounds.
£150.00 for pre-production of media wall backgrounds.
Sporting Events
The following sporting events are taking place over the weekend of the 9th -12th and would have no additional cost to show.
