This option is for the recording and showing of prerecorded interviews and information films based around the festival and in particular the sailing aspect to inform visitors who may otherwise not get the opportunity to view these important aspects of the festival week.
These videos and interviews would be recorded during the festival or can also be recorded prior to. To turn these around quickly, they would be filmed as live, in batches and would then be edited onsite, to be viewed later the same day or though the weekend.
The prices below include the camera, operator and editing equipment. The showing of supplied video and the finished videos within the above proposal would not incur any costs.
For a single Camera, camera operator to capture and edit short films and interviews around the festival: £440.00 / day
For the package above plus an interviewer: £250.00 /day
Travel £50
Overnight Accommodation: Cost + 10% administration fee
